Our community-based capacity building through collaboration with cocoa farmers enable us to set up a sophisticated but innovative solution to harvesting and processing of cocoa pulp from Ghana’s finest quality cocoa pods. This is how we create 6Podz Cocoa Pulp Juice, which comes along with with trackable economic and environmental benefits to society.
For more than 100 years of traditional cocoa beans processing in Ghana, the valuable cocoa pulp grossly goes to waste.
The problem remained that the traditional methods of processing the dried beans do not cater for harvesting the pulp.
This is further challenged by the spatially scattered nature of the predominant small-holder cocoa farms in Ghana, making it difficult to harvest commercial volumes of the pulp.
Our solution is an innovative concept that bridges existing traditional processing methods with modern technology to hygienically harvest the fresh cocoa pulp and process it using state-of-the-art food processing standards to create the uniquely tasting and naturally refreshing 6Podz Cocoa Pulp Juice to safe the valuable resource from going waste.
The all new refreshing 100% natural juice from the white mucilage on the cocoa beans produced through a safe and hygienic process.
Our secondary products is an all-natural sweetener made from the dried pulp powder. The carefully dried product with extended shelf-life ensures availaibility of the the product for industrial applications especially during poor harvesting seasons.

Our founder, Michael Acquah, is not just an expert in the field. He has grounded experience as the co-founded of the first company that commercially process cocoa pulp in Ghana and Africa.
